The village is unbelievably beautiful and the building is stunning. The staff were exceptionally kind and made me feel right at home. The food was insane and the breakfast was hearty, with no menus—just what you request. My room was clean, and the shower was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back! 😊

The food here is a standout, with hearty portions that really hit the spot. The traditional pub atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal and unwind.
On the flip side, the parking situation isn't ideal. it's all on the street, which can get crowded. Creaky floorboards in the bedrooms were a nuisance, as were thin walls that let noise from neighboring rooms seep through. Not to mention, we woke up with no hot or cold water due to a village issue, which could have been handled better. Breakfast hours were also pretty restrictive at 9am, making leisurely mornings a challenge.

The food was amazing! Had the cheese crusted fisherman’s pie and it was outstanding. The room was clean and comfy, but the street parking can be tricky. a fantastic experience! 😊

Room featured simple yet effective amenities like a working TV and free Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness of the space was commendable, making it a pleasant stay.
A curfew at 11pm meant limited movement after hours, essentially locking guests in their rooms with no exit allowed. Food restrictions were awkward, as no food or drink could be taken to the rooms, and an unspecified cleaning fee for violations only added to the inconvenience. The breakfast hours were restrictive, only serving until 9am, which didn’t allow for a leisurely morning. the room’s lack of hand soap in an accessible spot could be frustrating.
